Lambros is a Senior Associate at G. Mourgelas & Associates; he is member of the firm since 2007.
Lambros specializes mainly in Employment & Labour Law, Litigation and Debt Recovery, Corporate & Commercial Law and Intellectual Property Law.
Lambros has recently advised the Greek subsidiary of a multinational company of cosmetics in reducing its operating cost through negotiating and implementing a program of reduction of its personnel and through an extra judicial reduction of the rent payable by the company for its premises; he also advised a Greek group of communication agencies in negotiating and implementing a program of reduction of the salaries of its employees. Lambros had the leading role in a series of court proceedings in Greece regarding a dispute of a Turkish fish farming company towards a Greek group of fish farming companies (including issuance of Orders for payment and hearings of oppositions against them, initiation of procedures of obligatory confiscation of a factory). Lambros also had the responsibility for the conclusion of the Legal Due Diligence of a Bread and Confectionery company, as part of its acquisition by a venture capital fund.
Lambros is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2002; he acquired his law degree from the Law Department of the University of Athens (LL.B.)
He speaks Greek, English and German fluently.
